Top One Futures rules depend on which of its four accounts you buy: Elite Daily, Elite Access, Ignite or Instant Sim Funded. All four default to an end-of-day trailing drawdown that locks at your starting balance plus $100, pay a 90% profit split and require every position to be closed by 4:10 PM ET. The differences sit in the daily loss limit, the consistency rule and how often you can get paid.
Rules and prices checked on each firm's official site on 20 October 2026.
Key takeaways
- Top One Futures sells four account types in $25K, $50K, $100K and $150K sizes: two one-step evaluations (Elite Daily and Elite Access) and two instant-funded accounts (Ignite and Instant Sim Funded).
- Elite Daily is billed monthly with no activation fee and daily payouts; Elite Access has a $39 evaluation fee plus a $139 to $359 activation fee once you pass.
- Every account trails drawdown on end-of-day balances. Elite Access funded accounts can switch to an intraday trailing drawdown in exchange for a lower activation fee.
- A No Daily Loss Limit add-on launched on 16 October 2026 for Elite Access, Elite Daily and Ignite, priced about 30% above the standard option.
- Consistency rules range from none (Elite Daily funded) to 15% (Ignite). Elite Daily and Elite Access funded accounts also block trading 2 minutes either side of high-impact news.
- Our on-chain tracker logged $1,198,381 in Top One Futures payouts over the last 30 days, a verified floor rather than the firm's full payout volume.

Elite Daily
Elite Daily is a one-phase evaluation with a 6% profit target, a daily loss limit in both phases and no activation fee. The subscription renews on the same date each month until you pass; if you fail, you have to cancel it yourself in the dashboard's Billing section or it keeps renewing, and a renewal on a breached account resets it. Evaluation resets cost $84, $104, $194 and $270, and funded resets $299 to $1,250.
Elite Access
Elite Access has a 6% target, no daily loss limit and no consistency rule during the evaluation, a 30-day window to pass and a minimum of one trading day. The help center lists the evaluation at $39 for every size (the homepage shows it next to struck-through $139 to $359 figures). After passing you have 14 days to pay the activation fee. Choosing an intraday funded drawdown halves that fee, and the No DLL add-on raises it to $180, $245, $336 and $466 on the end-of-day version or $90, $122, $168 and $233 on the intraday one. Evaluation resets are $35; funded resets run from $299 to $1,349.
Ignite and Instant Sim Funded
Both skip the evaluation: you trade a sim funded account from day one. Ignite is the cheaper of the two, with a 5% profit target per payout and a 15% consistency rule. Instant Sim Funded has larger payout caps, a 20% consistency rule and no contract scaling, so the full contract limit is available immediately. Neither offers resets.
Top One Futures is a separate brand from Top One Trader, its forex sister firm, which runs different products and rules. A limited Launchpad X-Ultra account (1,500 accounts, on sale since 1 October 2026) also has its own section in the help center, but it isn't among the homepage cards, so it's left out here.
How does the drawdown work on each Top One Futures account?
Source: help.toponefutures.com, 20 October 2026.
Every Top One Futures account uses an end-of-day (EOD) trailing drawdown: the floor moves up when your account closes the day at a new high, never moves down, and locks at your starting balance plus $100. Intraday dips below the level don't count unless the day closes below it. A close below the floor is a hard breach, and the account is closed.
| Max drawdown | $25K | $50K | $100K | $150K |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Elite Access evaluation | $1,000 | $2,000 | $3,000 | $4,000 |
| Elite Access funded | $1,000 | $2,000 | $3,000 | $3,500 |
| Elite Daily evaluation | $1,000 | $2,000 | $3,000 | $4,500 |
| Elite Daily funded | $1,000 | $2,000 | $2,500 | $3,500 |
| Ignite | $1,000 | $2,000 | $4,000 | $6,000 |
| Instant Sim Funded | $1,000 | $2,000 | $4,000 | $5,250 |
Suppose you're trading a $50K Elite Daily evaluation. The account starts with a $48,000 floor. Close the first day at $52,000 and the floor moves to $50,000; close the next day at $51,000 and it stays at $50,000. On funded accounts the floor stops trailing at $50,100.
The one exception is Elite Access with an intraday funded drawdown. The evaluation still trails end of day, but once funded the drawdown follows your highest equity tick by tick, open trades included. That variant costs about half as much to activate because the floor can catch up with a winning trade before it closes. Instant Sim Funded accounts bought before 27 July 2026 keep their older limits ($3,000 and $4,500 on the two largest sizes).
What is the daily loss limit, and how does the No DLL add-on work?
Hitting the daily loss limit pauses the account until the next session; it does not close it.
The daily loss limit (DLL) at Top One Futures is a soft breach: hit it and the account is paused for the rest of the trading day, then reopens with the next session. Closed losses, open losses and commissions all count, and the limit is measured from the previous day's closing balance.
| Daily loss limit | $25K | $50K | $100K | $150K |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Elite Access evaluation | None | None | None | None |
| Elite Access funded | $500 | $1,000 | $1,250 | $1,750 (homepage card: $1,850) |
| Elite Daily, both phases | $500 | $1,000 | $1,250 | $1,850 (homepage evaluation card: $1,750) |
| Ignite | $500 | $1,000 | $2,000 | $3,000 |
| Instant Sim Funded | $625 | $1,250 | $2,500 | $3,000 |
At the $150K size, Top One Futures' own pages disagree. The Elite Access help articles list a $1,750 funded limit while the homepage card still shows $1,850; for Elite Daily it's the reverse, with the help center at $1,850 and the homepage evaluation card at $1,750. If you plan to trade a $150K account close to its daily limit, confirm the figure in your dashboard after purchase and size your stops to the lower number.
Since 16 October 2026 you can remove the daily limit with the No Daily Loss Limit add-on, chosen with the "None" toggle at checkout. It works differently per account:
- Elite Access: the $39 evaluation price stays the same; the activation fee rises by about 30%, and you only pay it after passing.
- Elite Daily and Ignite: the account price rises by about 30% at checkout (see the No DLL rows in the price table above).
- Instant Sim Funded: not available.
The add-on can only be picked at the first checkout, not later, at activation or on a reset. Removing the daily limit doesn't remove the trailing drawdown, which then becomes the only thing between one bad session and a closed account. Top One Futures also notes that the DLL is a risk rule, not a stop loss: it can fill late or at a different price, so hard stops on each trade are still your job.
Which trading rules apply: consistency, news, hours and copy trading?
Consistency rules reward several similar days over one outsized win.
The consistency rule is the rule that differs most across the Top One Futures lineup. In each case it compares your best day with your total profit, and breaking it never breaches the account: it only delays your pass or payout until more profit brings the ratio back down.
| Account | Consistency rule | When it's checked |
|---|---|---|
| Elite Daily | Best day at most 40% of profit | Evaluation only, when the target is reached |
| Elite Access | Best day at most 40% of profit in the payout cycle | Funded only, at each payout request |
| Ignite | Best day at most 15% of profit | At each payout request |
| Instant Sim Funded | Best day at most 20% of profit | At each payout request |
The math is simple: divide your best day by the limit to find the total profit you need. A $1,000 best day on Ignite needs $6,667 in total profit before a payout (15%); the same day on Elite Access needs $2,500 (40%).
News trading
News trading is allowed on Ignite and Instant Sim Funded and in every evaluation. Funded Elite Daily and Elite Access accounts (including the intraday version) can't open, close or modify trades, stops or targets from 2 minutes before to 2 minutes after a high-impact release such as an FOMC decision, Non-Farm Payrolls or a CPI release. A position opened before the window may be held through it. A violation can cost the trade's profit or the payout request, but it isn't an automatic breach.
Hours, holding and execution
- Sessions run from 6:00 PM to 4:10 PM ET, Sunday evening to Friday. Open positions are force-closed at 4:10 PM ET (4:00 PM on Fridays), and overnight and weekend holds aren't allowed. Our futures trading hours guide explains how this lines up with the CME session.
- Trades must stay open for at least 10 seconds; profits from excessive sub-10-second trades can be removed.
- Bots, scripts and other automated systems are not allowed.
- Contract limits are 1, 3, 5 and 7 minis by size, with 10 micros counted as one mini, as on the CME Micro E-mini contracts. On most sizes, Elite Daily and Elite Access funded accounts start below the full limit and scale up as end-of-day profit grows; Ignite and Instant Sim Funded start at the full limit.
Account limits and copy trading
Copy trading is allowed only between your own accounts of the same plan and size. Account caps differ by plan: the help center allows up to 5 Elite Daily accounts and 10 Elite Access funded accounts, for example. The homepage sometimes advertises higher limits as a promotion, and those apply only to accounts bought while it runs.
How do Top One Futures payouts work?
Every Top One Futures account pays a 90% profit split through Rise, and you need a verified Rise account linked to your dashboard before you can request a payout. Beyond that, the four accounts use different triggers, buffers and per-request caps.
| Payout rule | Elite Daily | Elite Access | Ignite | Instant Sim Funded |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| When you can request | Every 24 hours from funded day 1 | After 5 profitable days ($200 to $350 each) | At each 5% profit target | At a 6%, then 5%, then 4% target |
| Buffer kept in the account | $1,500 / $2,500 / $3,500 / $4,500 | $1,500 / $2,000 / $3,000 / $4,500, plus $500 | None | None |
| Minimum request | $500 | $500 | $250 | Not specified |
| Max per request ($25K to $150K) | $750 / $1,000 / $1,500 / $2,250 | $1,000 / $1,500 / $2,000 / $2,500 | $500 / $1,000 / $1,500 / $2,000 | $1,000 / $2,000 / $2,500 / $3,000 |
| New-profit rule | 50% of each payout after the first | 50% of each payout after the first | New 5% target each cycle | New target each cycle |
The caps apply until you move to a live account. Elite Access and Ignite traders become eligible for a risk review after 3 payouts, and Elite Daily's guideline is 5. Only one account moves to live, and the firm closes the others at that point. The homepage cites an average processing time under 12 hours, which is Top One Futures' own figure.
Our own data shows the firm paying steadily. The Top One Futures payout tracker recorded $1,198,381 across 1,036 payouts in the 30 days to 20 October 2026. That counts only payouts settled on-chain through Rise and direct wallet transfers, so it's a verified floor, not the complete total; compare it with other firms on our prop firm payouts page.
What changed recently
Top One Futures adjusts prices and fees often. Our Fine Print tracker logged these changes on the firm's own pages:
- 2 October 2026: the help center's overnight-holding article was rewritten to state that all trades must be closed by 4:10 PM EST.
- 3 October 2026: the Elite Access page's activation fee changed from $139 to $69, and the help center's evaluation reset article cut the $25K reset fee from $39 to $29.
- 8 October 2026: the Elite Access activation fee moved back from $69 to $139, shown next to a $111 discounted price.
- 14 October 2026: the coupon-code pricing page changed a payment type from "One time payment" to "Monthly payment". Elite Daily cards on the homepage now show monthly billing.
Because fees move this often, read the checkout summary rather than an old screenshot before you buy. Our roundup of prop firm rule changes in 2026 shows how common this is across the industry. For the wider picture on the firm, see our Top One Futures review and our earlier Top One Futures review article. If you're weighing it against a rival, the Top One Futures vs Topstep and Top One Futures vs Tradeify comparisons put the rules side by side. Ready to pick an account? Prop trading accounts are simulated, most traders don't pass or reach a payout, and fees are spent whether you pass or not. Only pay for an account size whose drawdown you can trade within.
Frequently Asked Questions
What are the main Top One Futures rules?
All accounts use an end-of-day trailing drawdown that locks at your starting balance plus $100, a 90/10 profit split, a 4:10 PM ET close with no overnight holds, a 10-second minimum trade time and no bots. Daily loss limits, consistency rules and payout timing differ by account.
Does Top One Futures have a daily loss limit?
Yes, on most accounts, as a soft breach that pauses trading until the next session. Elite Access has none during the evaluation. Since 16 October 2026, the No Daily Loss Limit add-on removes it on Elite Access, Elite Daily and Ignite for about 30% more.
Can you trade news at Top One Futures?
Yes on Ignite, Instant Sim Funded and all evaluations. Funded Elite Daily and Elite Access accounts can't trade from 2 minutes before to 2 minutes after high-impact news; positions opened earlier may be held through the release.
How often does Top One Futures pay out?
Elite Daily allows a request every 24 hours from the first funded day. Elite Access needs 5 profitable days per payout, while Ignite and Instant Sim Funded pay when you reach the profit target with the consistency rule met. Each request is capped by account size until you move to live.
Is there an activation fee at Top One Futures?
Only on Elite Access: $139 to $359 for the end-of-day funded account or $69 to $179 for the intraday version, payable within 14 days of passing. Elite Daily, Ignite and Instant Sim Funded have no activation fee.
