Tradeify rules depend on the account you buy. Growth evaluations can pass in one trading day under a daily loss limit, Select evaluations need at least three days under a 40% consistency rule, and Lightning Funded skips the evaluation for a one-time fee from $345. All three use an end-of-day trailing drawdown that fails the account the moment it is touched.

Rules and prices checked on Tradeify's official site and help center on November 2, 2026.

Key takeaways

  • Tradeify sells three futures account types in $25K to $150K sizes, all one-time payments with no activation fee: Growth ($99 to $369), Select ($109 to $369) and Lightning Funded ($345 to $796).
  • Every Tradeify account uses an end-of-day trailing drawdown that is enforced in real time: if net liquidation value touches the floor at any moment, the account fails.
  • Consistency rules differ by account: 40% on the Select evaluation (50% with a paid add-on), 35% on Growth funded payouts, 20% rising to 30% on Lightning, and none on Select funded accounts.
  • Funded payouts pay 90% to the trader and require more than half of trades, and more than half of profit, to come from trades held longer than 10 seconds.
  • All positions must be closed by 4:45 PM ET; Tradeify does not allow overnight holds.
  • Our on-chain tracker shows $46.67M in Tradeify payouts over the last 30 days, more than any other firm we track over the same window.

Tradeify sells three futures account types: Growth and Select are evaluations you must pass first, and Lightning Funded starts you on a funded account straight away. Each comes in $25K, $50K, $100K and $150K sizes, every purchase is a one-time payment, and Tradeify charges no activation fee when you pass.

These are list prices. Tradeify often runs its own site-wide promotions, so the checkout total can be lower on the day you buy.

A few purchase limits apply. You can buy up to 15 Select evaluations in any 30-day period and reset each one up to 10 times in 30 days; Growth evaluations have no purchase limit. You can hold at most 5 funded accounts at once, and that cap counts every account in the same household. Tradeify also lists a limited-release $300K Select account. Its homepage card shows $525, while the help center's pricing article still shows $349 for an earlier version, so check the checkout before you plan around it. That size requires identity verification before purchase, has no resets and is capped at three purchases per person.

You pick a broker connection at checkout: Tradovate (which also runs NinjaTrader and TradingView), Rithmic (Tradesea, Quantower, Sierra Chart and R|Trader) or WealthCharts. Commissions are charged per contract: $5.76 round trip on ES or NQ and $1.82 on the micro MES or MNQ.

What are the Tradeify evaluation rules for Growth and Select?

A mountain trail splitting into a short steep path and a longer switchback, like Growth and Select evaluations

Growth is the short, steep path; Select takes at least three days.

Growth is the fast evaluation: hit the profit target in as little as one trading day while respecting a daily loss limit. Select is the slower one: no daily loss limit, but a 40% consistency rule that means at least three trading days. Both share the same profit targets and contract limits.

How the Tradeify trailing drawdown works

Every Tradeify account uses an end-of-day trailing drawdown. The floor only moves up when you close a day at a new high balance, but it is enforced in real time against your net liquidation value, which includes open profit and loss. Suppose you're trading a $100K Growth evaluation: the floor starts at $96,500, rises to $99,500 if you end day one at $103,000, and stays there if day two ends at $101,000. If an open position drags net liquidation value to the floor at any point, the account fails, even if price recovers before the close. Select evaluations moved to this real-time touch rule on October 21, 2026. Our EOD vs trailing drawdown guide compares how other futures firms handle it.

Daily loss limit, time limits and other evaluation rules

  1. The Growth daily loss limit is a soft breach: trading pauses until the next session opens at 6:00 PM ET, but the account stays alive. Tradeify warns not to use it as a stop loss, because fast markets can overshoot it and hit the drawdown instead.
  2. There is no deadline to pass either evaluation, but you must place at least one trade per week on each evaluation account, or it can be closed for inactivity after an email warning.
  3. All positions must be closed by 4:45 PM ET (12:59 PM ET on shortened holiday sessions). Open positions are closed automatically at the close without failing the account.
  4. News trading is allowed on every account. Hedging opposing positions, including across accounts, is not.
  5. Evaluations no longer pay out. Since October 19, 2026, only funded accounts earn payouts.

How does the Tradeify consistency rule work on funded accounts?

Notebook with hand-drawn bars of similar height next to a calculator, illustrating a consistency rule

A consistency rule caps how much of your profit one day can carry.

Tradeify's consistency rule says your biggest profitable day can't be more than a set percentage of your total profit for the period. Commissions are excluded, and a result at or below the limit passes. To find the total profit you need, divide your biggest day by the percentage.

AccountDuring the evaluationOn the funded account
GrowthNone35% for every payout
Select40% (50% with the add-on)None
Lightning FundedNo evaluation20% for payout 1, 25% for payout 2, 30% from payout 3

Suppose you're trading a $50K Growth funded account and your best day made $1,050. Under the 35% rule you need at least $1,050 / 0.35 = $3,000 of total profit before you can request a payout, which lines up with Growth's $53,000 minimum balance for a $50K account. If your best day had been $1,400, the requirement would rise to $4,000.

On Lightning Funded the percentage resets with each payout cycle. Tradeify's own example: after the first payout on a $150K account, payout 2 needs $4,500 of new profit at 25%, so no single day can exceed $1,125. Lightning accounts bought before September 12, 2025 keep a flat 20%. The full wording is in Tradeify's consistency rule article, and our prop firm consistency rule explainer shows how the formula compares across firms.

How do Tradeify payouts work on Select Flex, Select Daily, Growth and Lightning?

Tradeify on-chain payouts: $46.67M in the last 30 days, 29,070 payouts, $1,952 average, $429.5M tracked since September 2024

Tradeify on-chain payouts. Source: capitalcritic.com/prop-firm-payouts/tradeify, as of Nov 2, 2026.

Every Tradeify funded account pays 90% of each payout to the trader, but when you can request one and how much you can take depends on the account. Select traders choose Flex or Daily when they pass, and that choice is permanent for the account.

Payout policy ($50K)When you can requestPer-request capMinimum
Select FlexEvery 5 winning days ($150+ profit each)50% of total profit, up to $2,500None stated; no minimum balance
Select DailyAny day the balance is above the $52,100 buffer2x the profit since your last payout, up to $1,250$250
GrowthAfter 5 days of $150+ profit, a $53,000 balance and 35% consistency$1,500 on payout 1, rising to $3,000 from payout 4$500
Lightning FundedOnce the profit goal ($3,000 first, then $2,000) and consistency are met$2,000 on payouts 1 to 3, $2,500 from payout 4$1,000

The Select caps above apply to accounts bought on or after September 1, 2026; older accounts keep their original caps. Select Daily also carries a $1,000 daily loss limit on a $50K account, while Select Flex has none. On both Select policies, every payout after the first needs positive net profit in the current cycle. Tradeify's Select payout policy article has the tables for every size.

One detail is worth checking before you buy Lightning Funded: its pricing card lists a 5-day payout frequency, while the Lightning payout policy says there is no minimum number of trading days. Confirm which applies in your dashboard before planning a payout date.

A few rules apply to every funded payout. More than half of your trades, and more than half of your profit, must come from trades held longer than 10 seconds, or the payout request is blocked (the account itself isn't failed). Only one payout request can be open per account. Payouts go out through Rise, which requires identity verification, usually within 24 hours of approval and up to 72 hours outside business hours.

What our on-chain data shows

Our tracker counted $46,666,699 in Tradeify payouts across 29,070 transactions in the last 30 days, as of November 2, 2026, more than any other firm we track over the same window. Since September 16, 2024 we have tracked $429.5M across 220,039 payouts, an average of $1,952. These figures count only payouts settled on-chain through Rise or direct wallet transfers, so treat them as a floor, not Tradeify's full payout volume. The live numbers are on our Tradeify payouts page, and our futures daily payouts comparison puts them next to other firms.

Funded payouts are the exception rather than the rule. Tradeify's own disclosure for August 2025 to July 2026 says 17.2% of the evaluation accounts traders started were passed, and 28.5% of traders who reached the funded level received a payout. Size your account purchases with that in mind.
